If I could give these folks a 10 star review I would. Their product is great but their customer service is simply outstanding!! One of the end plugs (there are two rubber end plugs) came loose and fell out. This happened over a year after purchase but Stephanie went the extra mile to send me a replacement plus an extra. I was willing to pay but she sent them to me at no charge. I certainly appreciate the way they support their product but really appreciate the outstanding customer service!!

The media could not be loaded. A truck forum friend asked for feedback on these and I had just bought it. It’s been sitting my office for two weeks because I’m too lazy/busy to put them on yet. However, I cracked the box open and everything looks top notch. Nylocks galore, stainless to avoid rust, and it is well built. I’m in e-commerce so my standards are high, but it looks like they put a lot of time and attention into making this an easy install as well. I’m not crazy about getting mud flaps, but these look like they’ll easy keep my boat safe from anymore rock chips and be easily removed when I’m not towing. I took a chance on these purely based on the review count and star rating, but the level of effort they put into the instruction manual as well as the following overview video should tell you it is a great product from a company that cares.Video: couldn’t get amazon to accept it. Very happy with these. Love how customizable they are and that I can get replacement rubber.Went together well and I see zero rust after a year of use (I don't use them during seasons when we have salt on the road however). Heavy and tough. I expect these to last a very very long time. I see little paint chips happen on my boat now that I use these. Not zero, but significantly less using these. Great product.

These were a must for my outdoors rv trailer . Just purchased a brand new 2023 Ford F-350 dually . Wanted the best on the market and chose Rock Tamers . Quality and ease of installation were great. Added a Heat shield and LED light kit and really made them complete. Excellent products and great customer service. Robin was excellent helping me today.

These work well and are well made, however, be aware that if your exhaust pipe discharges exhaust gasses directly onto the mud flap, the exhaust heat will damage the flap. The metal protector made to prevent this, which I purchased, doesn't work well enough to prevent the damage. It is too small and too close to the flap to dissipate the heat effectively. As soon as I saw damage beginning to take place, I took my truck to the muffler shop and had the exhaust pipe reconfigured with a 90 degree bend to exhaust the gases to the side so that the gases don't hit the flap anymore. The cost was $100, so well less than new flaps and hassling with customer service. Perhaps a larger deflector plate that sticks out away from the flap would work, but the one they sell doesn't work well.

I bought these to replace a flap that cover the entire rear of my trunk, preventing access to my 7 and 4 plug trailer attachments. The ease of installation was superb. The instructions were easy to follow. One word of advice, do not use a battery powered cordless driver, or you will strip carriage bolt squares. You will be best to use hand tools during the installation. You will also need a longer razor blade, such as one used for flooring, to cut your flaps to size. The flaps are well made and will require a new blade to cut to size. The flaps tighten down on the hitch very well but will move with the hitch play in the receiver. I am very happy with the versatility of these flaps, as well as the quality. One last thing, the tools you will use need to be metric.

I love the look of these, and I get a lot of compliments on them. They do a good job of protecting the trailer, too. However, the exhaust from my Chevy 2500HD gasser melted the mudflap on the right side (see pic), despite the use of the original "heat shield". I wanted to replace it, so I contacted the company, and they immediately sent out a replacement mudflap AND a new, heavier-duty heat shield, at no cost! I'm hoping the new heat shield will work better to protect the mudflap. Great response from a good company.

These are great and heavy duty. I have them adjusted all the way out on my 3500 and they’re just a tad short, but will still be fine. These will keep my 5th wheel clean!
