There isn't a true scale . The crane is about 4ft tall so that would make it about 1:25 but the bucket and hooks are much larger scale

Could u please tell me how long will the battery pack last?

I purchased for Christmas 2019 rc construction "extravaganza" with children (adults that refuse to grow up). So I haven't opened yet. How do you like yours? I would think it should last through 20-30 minutes of use as do most of my rc toys.

Just curious how much could it lift?

I think my grandson just lifted items like those that came with it. Sorry I can’t be off much help.

Just put it together and the cable won’t go up or down. Any pointers or need to return?

If you've charged the battery and the batteries are good in the remote control and still nothing you can check the battery that you have to recharge with a multimeter otherwise I would return
