Real leather sheath made by Thunder Basin Knives in the Black Hills of SD. The CrossDraw design allows the wearer to comfortably carry a knife and it is easily hidden by a shirt or jacket. Traditional knife sheaths hang down and when the wearer sits down, they tend to push or poke into your side. Even more so when you are in a vehicle. This is 6.5 ounce (1/8" thick) leather dyed/oiled to a deep black color with a light sheen. There is am attractive design finished into the leather. This is the nice, plyable, soft leather, not the fake stuff that cracks when you bend it. The overall dimensions are 6 1/4" long by 3" tall. It fits up to a 1.5" belt. The opening is about 2.5" when flat and the pocket is about 4" deep. This will fit a 4 to 4 3/4" long closed knife very nicely. **KNIFE NOT INCLUDED**
