Good quality charcoal arrives in good condition really works

I usually purchase the Charcocaps brand and like them but found these at a slightly better price point and they have more charcoal for each 2-capsule dose (560mg vs 520mg)They work GREAT, just wish Amazon could keep them in stock!

Activated Charcoal is my go-to when I have intestinal, trapped gas. Which I have a lot. But I know if I take 2 capsules, the gas will break up and my pain will be gone. In worse situations, I have to take 2 more in about an hour or so. But it always works. Be sure to take it a couples hours before or after medications or supplements or the charcoal will absorb the meds. I don't ever want to be without activated charcoal. Great pain relief. No taste. Easy to swallow.
