A bit chalky, but pleasant taste. Arrived with a sticker on it stating that it was “sold as a set” so I guess someone broke up a set before shipping the one bottle to me.

This primarily magnesium liquid seems to work well and is calming in the process. I usually take it close to bedtime and so far it appears to help with my poor sleep habits! It has a slight chalky taste but it has a good flavor.
