I am getting lot of humming noice. How to avoid it

Product came with one IC defect (CD 4440) and I replaced it with LA 4440 and now wow! Great sound, clear sound.

Damage product deliver
Value for money. But not 300 watt. The circuit also damage. No sound produce. When i connect to adaptor 12v, 2A the adaptor light is turn off . So i wan to replacement 300 watt.
