12kN Screwgate Carabiner

Loved these so much we bought a lot more. I am blown away by the quality. They are definitely heavy duty easy locking. They are a little weighty extremely functional. We put them on our go bags for our fire gear. We got the black because it goes with everything just overall amazing quality Highly recommend.

These are strong and durable great quality heavy and way nicer then I thought they would be.

A while ago I got into climbing. After a little climbing, I got rid of all the cheap keychain style carabiners in my home and made sure every carabiner I have with me, can support me if needed. These are not for primary use in climbing, they are more for gear. But at 12kn breaking force, they will hold your weight by many times and they are compact (they just might not hold you on a fall); not much bigger than the common $1 keychain variety. As an added bonus, they lock. Great for locking gear to a line or keeping your dog from wiggling free from a tether.

Light weight modest size carabiner with decent load rating (assuming its true ) of 2700lbs all at a good price. This rating is much higher than many small steel screw lock links sold at hardware stores. Note this is not specified with a safety rating for climbing (UIAA) or similar safety ratings necessary for critical uses. Those safety rated products are batch tested and have conservative safety margins built into their rating. The locking feature on these units is useful for semi permanent installation. Rather than use my climbing carabiners on a rafting trip where they would be in the water a lot I bought these.

I love these they work perfectly for what I need them for. They are very sturdy and locking makes it easier to not lose things, even though I forget somethings not to lock it (Or remember it is), overall this was a great buy at a great price.

Quand on les reçoit on se dit que c'est très léger... Du coup je n'étais pas confiant... J'ai cependant confié ma vie à ses petits mousquetons pour la suspension de mon hamac et je suis hyper satisfait. Rapide, secure et ultra compact, voilà un produit qui tient ses promesses. Bravo

Infinitely useful, incredibly tough. Honestly, kind of overkill for many use cases, but I'd rather be safe than sorry and get the good ones!
