Came earlier than expected, easy to install, but instructions don’t tell you everything. Works great, increases water pressure by a lot, but could be a bit more durable, its all plastic. Overall, its a solid item, just don’t be too rough with it.

EDIT: I have had this installed barely a month, and the ball joint is leaking horrifically. Not just dripping, water is actually spraying out of it. That portion will have to be replaced. It's an easy fix, but it absolutely should not be necessary, particularly this soon.Where has this been all my life? I didn't even know this was a thing, until I saw a friend comment on getting a filtered showerhead. Obviously, I immediately ordered one, as the water in my community is so hard it crunches.The water pressure on this thing is fantastic. The water comes out more of a pressurized mist than the stream of other showerheads.I usually take super fast showers, I get in, do what I gotta do, and get out.Not with this. I don't want it to end. I would happily stay in there until the hot water is gone.Even if you aren't in dire need of the filter, get this anyway. It will change your shower experience forever. You will never be the same.

I've had this shower kit/head for 1.5 years. It's amazing, but I wish the plastic showerhead would last longer. I have hard city water so that takes a toll on it as well. It has cracked around the seals in multiple places. I put on a layer of waterproof silicone and that solved it for a bit but then I would have to remove and reapply. If you clean it regularly and replace the stones like you are supposed to, it will last and perform like it's supposed to. Great pressure and love the 3 settings! I will buy this over and over and it's acceptable because it's only $15.

installed very easily and worked great. can't wait to see how long it lasts!!!! worth the price :)UPDATE: after 6 months of use this product is GARBAGE!!!! and customer service is laughable. the shower head slowly started release the most painful pressure and the streams becomes so warped the water was NOT spraying straight. it was spraying in every single direction up down left right creating water all over the bathroom. i reached out for a replacement and they told me to clean it... with water...... ??? It literally is cleaned with water every time you turn it on so i don't see what difference that could possibly make. I expect a product to WORK as long as I'd like to use it. a product working for 6 months absolutely does not cut it and i'm embarassed at the customer service I've been receiving from amazon lately. I will be buying a new shower head that is worth paying more for as I am unable to take a shower because of the extremely painful water pressure that is now released. it feels like being stabbed by a million tiny lasers everytime you turn it on and I find that very concerning for a product to cause injury yet not be considered a defective product. i hope amazon and the sellers can do better as this is not the first time i've been told it's MY FAULT a product can't last longer than 5 minutes.... ridiculous

This is the best shower head I've ever had the pleasure of using! I couldn't believe how the water pressure could be improved like this. This head makes the water feel very soft. Didn't time the shower, but it seemed to go faster than normal, the pressure rinses my hair surprising fast. Love the filter system, and the on-off switch (both main selling points for me). I live in Alaska, and city water has a lot of rust and heavy minerals, so a filter is really appreciated. But the instant pressure increase is an unexpected surprise.Installation went surprising well. Had a difficult time removing the old plumbers tape, that took longer than the time it took to install the new shower head. For the price, I'll be ordering another for the 2nd bathroom. Couldn't touch a shower head with a filter up here for even half the price of this one.

The product is pretty nice. The first one we had, at the hose near the handle, the metal wrapping around the hose split, and eventually broke. We got it replaced, and have not had that same issue, BUT, I did notice that some of the holes will spray all kinds of directions. I can usually get it to change by running my finger over it, but in the first head we had, that didn't always work and it got worse the longer we had it. Will update here if it ends up going sideways.

The media could not be loaded. There are 2 routines in my day that I value more than anything and will try ANYTHING to make them better. My shower and my sleep. I am NOT a morning person. So if those are wrecked, so am I. I recently moved into an apartment, being used to a house with a frequently maintained water softener, I was very worried about my skin and hair.I lived here the first week without it, definitely noticed a difference in my skin, feeling super dry (dryer than it already is, I definitely have sensitive skin) my hair was funky...I took a shower this morning... it was the most GLORIOUS shower I have taken in a while. It felt like the perfect pressure of velvety mist. I don’t know how to explain how something has decent pressure but is misty at the same time... you will have to try it out for yourself... as for me, I’ll be in my shower, enjoying glorious velvet misty goodness.And my hair and skin feel great... but for this review... the most was the most important part AND I WASN'T EVEN LOOKING FOR THAT.

We bought this to match an existing shower head in the home we just bought.We weren’t able to find the same brand as the existing one so after some research this one came up at the top contender.It was easy to put together, all the pieces were there and it didn’t explode on initial turn on as some stated in other reviews.The spray can be a little wild but I just pulled the cover off and cleaned out some pieces of the beads and it works great again.I would buy it again.

Great water pressure! Came with the wrong handle fitting so I had to buy a piece or the shower head wouldn’t attach. The most annoying the is that some of the holes where the water come through must be at weird angles because they get you right in the face when the stream is pointing down. I’ve tried to scrub it and re assemble thinking maybe the holes were blocked but no must be the angle that they were drilled.
