I didn’t measure me door thickness, i assumed they were all fairly similar. Still haven’t measured, but the screws are about 1/4” too long for my door and the comb part bows a bit. Though, the bowing is actually pretty neat to be honest.I was very careful with the stencil included which is lightweight cardboard or regular card stock depending on how you view it and it was a tiny bit off for the shape, maybe about half an inch towards the bottom. Not bad, another quick zoo with the jigsaw and it’s good to go.The screw holes though are EXTREMELY close to the cut out, wow, talk about a nerve wracking experience. It’s maybe an 1/8” of separation. Be very careful here.The screws went in fine and it works. It’s a tiny bit bowed at the top because there’s no top screw, but like i said, it’s a clean looking hole in my door.All in all good, just not the easiest to keep a steady hand with a jigsaw so close to the screw holes.

Seem to be pretty easy to install. Did have to take off the door to make the cuts. Cat does okay with it learned it really fast. Doesn't appear to super like it but uses it. The comber mechanism does not appear to help on my long-haired cat. I don't find any hair coming off into the comb.

It's a cat door. It serves it purpose. My cats don't use the back scratcher function so it's kind of a waste. Overall I'm happy because the litter box is now out of sight.

We used this on a hollow door. Had our saw skills been better, it would have looked great. The brushes attract our cats and they had no issues using the door right away. Our only ding is the the screws are all different sizes and we couldn’t use most of the white plastic covers to cover the screws. Why the varying screw sizes???? Hence the 4 stars.

Our cat used it instantly, good for room litter box is in. Complete separates the smell from the rest of the house.

Our dog was breaking into our laundry room to eat the cat food we had a child strap/strip on the door and after 3 years he decided he wanted to break in! found this and installed and we can shut the door completely and no further issues.

These doors are adorable, and they work great! Instillation was a bit of a hassle because the template that is included in the set does not work. We were able to get it to a place where it worked, and I would probably order them again, but I would not use the template for anything. The package does include different sized screws for door thickness, but they aren't labeled or separated in a meaningful way. Overall not bad and it does a good job of keeping the dogs out of the cat spaces

Would have been easier to take the door off like the instructions say but I’m lazy and didn’t want to. Still got it on just fine but getting the screws to line up would have been a lot easier. Cats love it, a little spooked at first darted threw like it was going to close on them.
