Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint - Festival

My favorite lip paint and color (Festival)! It’s a nice neutral color for any skin tone. It’s base color has more of a pink tone, not orange or brown. Stays on very well. I use a lip balm prior to applying so it’s not to drying to the lips. It doesn’t reduce the effectiveness of the paint. I would consider it semipermanent as it can be removed easily with oil based products or when eating foods with oil. Otherwise, it stays on nicely and you won’t lick it off.

Yes this is an extremely drying with the paint as are mostly paints however it is my go to color and looks great with everything I don’t actually know any kind of skin color it wouldn’t look good with it is the perfect color of movie pink but does not look dead. I carry it with me everywhere.

This is such a gorgeous color. The lipstick it matte yet not dry. I sometimes forget its even on my lips. Love love love!

This is my go to nude lipstick! I hardly ever use anything else. The quality is amazing, it's non sticky, and lasts all night with minimal need for reapplication. I will continue using this as well as the tarte brand for years to come. 💕
