Have used other soundbars in the past. Was willing to take chance with this new product based on past experiences with other items from this seller.1. The item was received very well packaged. All items included for various connections and mountings. The instruction manual is reader friendly and not too comprehensive to be confusing... very well written.2. First attempted Bluetooth connection to our bedroom television. The pairing was extremely easy and sound was up and running in no time. We decided not to use in bedroom because this speaker system is much louder than I anticipated. This is not a bad thing... I really wanted a system for our master bedroom but this package delivers very booming bass and not suitable for closed in space. I could eliminate the subwoofer but waste the purpose of this unit.3. Moved to our kitchen/living room setup since the space is much more wide open. Needed to connect via included optical cable. Again, very easy to accomplish (the instructions provided in manual are spot-on and extremely user friendly). Changed TV settings to include PCM (also specified in manual), followed steps to program soundbar to our current satellite remote control (also very easy), and up and running again. The sound is incredible in wide open area. The subwoofer definitely puts off some serious bass tones. The remote learning feature of the soundbar is an added perk... program the settings into your current remote for power and volume... no need to use the included remote.4. After determining we will maintain the location, used the included wall mounting template and within few minutes, had the soundbar mounted to wall beneath the TV. Turned off the internal speakers and now enjoying the TV with great sound (we watched that infamous superhero movie with many 'avengers'... very very happy with sound experience).5. What this product is not... it is not a 7.2 Dolby Atmos speaker system. It is a 2.1 channel soundbar. However, the surround sound delivered by this soundbar is incredible. The subwoofer amazes me the most... pure bass sounds with no crackling even at higher volumes and elevated bass settings. For non-audiophiles, you will not be disappointed with the sound.6. Don't let the price point fool you... this system rocks. The 18 month warranty gives me security should anything happen over the next year. I have had experience with this seller for other items and I know they back their products 100% so not concerned about reporting an issue without resolve.7. Regardless if you are on a budget or simply want a great sounding soundbar system, you can't go wrong. The learning remote feature is a definite bonus since you can eliminate another remote to control your system.8. What I would like to see... a smaller version of this same system for compact rooms/smaller TV systems. Setting this unit up in a small room will take away from the benefits this unit offers.Great unit, great customer service... definitely recommend.

Problem: I have a 32" Sony TV with small, rear-firing speakers. The TV sits in a small den but my viewing couch is directly under a ceiling heat vent. When the furnace or A/C is on, I could not hear the dialog on the TV.Solution: This soundbar. Soundbar dimensions are 27 5/8" W x 3.5" D x 3.75" H. Subwoofer is 7.5"W x 7.5"L x 13" H. The soundbar has rounded ends but also a rounded back, but with two rubber feet to make it sit stably. Sound from the soundbar is MUCH improved over the TV speakers. Dialog is clear and easy to hear. Wireless subwoofer adds a lot of boomy base, but the base can be easily toned down with the remote control to a pleasant level. The overall result is startlingly better than the TV sound. The remote is comfortable to hold and has a well designed layout. I have connected my Android phone via bluetooth to this system and am equally pleased with the sound level and clarity playing music given the price of this unit.My only issue with this system concerns the TV connection. The results above were using the AUX input connected to the R/L RCA connectors on the TV. My TV has no "Output PCM" option, but does have an optical output and an option to "Connect to external sound system". When I use this option, the TV speakers are disabled and the soundbar works perfectly when playing YouTubeTV programs through a Roku interface (connected to the TV HDMI port). However, without any cabling or option changes, the soundbar will NOT play when I watch base-band TV programs or even when watching free Roku programs via the same HDMI port and the optical cable connection to the soundbar.Since the soundbar works fine for all my program sources via the AUX connection, I am OK with the optical connection not working for all program sources. I suspect the cause is with my TV and not the soundbar.

This product has been great! It comes with a sound bar and boom speaker. The sound quality is very good and for the price, you couldn't ask for more. Installing was pretty standard and pairing with other remotes (cable and tv) was easy; every day control is very user-friendly. I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a good quality sound bar at a reasonable price.
