I watched a doctor on YouTube Recommend potassium and magnesium along with vitamin D3 and K2 to improve how my body regulates my blood pressure. I bought this to take as part of that recommendation. I find no reason not to take this or say anything bad about it. I can’t make any medical claims, but I think it does help my blood pressure

As others have mentioned, they can upset stomach. For me personally, it's perfectly fine, but my wife it makes her "tummy rumbly", her words not mine.I've also seen that someone else was stating potassium bicarbonate is only 39% based on conversion ratios. Thing is, once you empty these out (remove the shell from the equation) on a fine scale, they weigh roughly 1400mg. So if we take them at their word of <1% magnesium stearate, would put the total potassium bicarbonate at a minimum of 1260mg, which is 491mg potassium minimum per pill.

Make sure to catastrophe it says or you'll get a tummy ache. Otherwise seems to work as intended
