Works great!! Goes on smoothly and easily. Has an off-white color. Takes a very small amount to do the job. A pea-sized amount was enough to ease the arthritis pain in both hands for a dear friend.The strong medicine smell thoughts enough to make your eyes burn. Touching your face with any sort of residual product on the hands will burn the eyes. My eyes are watering now and they are a good foot away from my face and remember I only used a pea-sized amount.Slightly cool at first. That dissipates quickly. Very effective.All the safety precautions reflected the companies concern for their customers. Like the seal under the lid, the seal around the lid and the way it was packaged for transit. I like the fact that this has strong ingredients and don't mind the scent at all. I have pain all around the thumbs and a burning sensation that travels up my wrists. I'm not expecting a miraculous cure, but was hoping this would provide better relief based on the reviews. I've only been using it a few days, so if I see a vast improvement, I will update.

I've had arthritis since I was 19 (now 60). Finally had to go on pain pills, especially at night. I'm a nurse practitioner & work with a doc who occasionally recommends Aspercream to patients. My thought: he doesn't have arthritis! I've tried various roll on lotions & creams over the years & found them ineffective. Last night I put it this the test: I put it on sparingly as directed on my hips, knees, shoulders, elbows (tonight the fingers are getting it too!). I didn't take a pain pill. I fully expected not being able to get to sleep much less stay asleep. I knew I'd have to eventually get up to take pain pills. To my astonishment, I slept through the night & woke up without pain for the first time in years. I wish it came in a combination with had lotion--moisturize & help the horrible pain in my finger joints. Needs to come in gallon size for me :)The only down side for me is the smell. I don't mind the smell of menthol while I'm sleeping but I'd never use it before going to work.

Definitely not crazy about this stuff. I think topical prescription patches work better, plus I've used this with medication for joint pain and it caused me to have mild pancreatic pain. It may work for other people, but just wasn't for me.

I was looking for an effective pain relief rub for my achy joints. I decided to try Multiflex as an alternative to those other smelly brands which I couldn't use outside of the house. The odor on this product was not over bearing as compared to the competing brands. Minimal odor means I can use the product more often and enjoy pain relief without being stared at in public. Don't be fooled as this product is not a cure for joint pain but it sure helps in taking the edge off the pain. I will also mention that I have eased off the pain aspirin which is a good thing. The cream went on smoothly without a lot of excess oil and felt nice and warm on my achy knees. After a while the warm feeling went away and the pain was reduced. I actually felt normal! I feel this purchase was money well spent.

Its working well but I don't really see a difference between a cheap one.It only consists of 50ml (1.7Fl. Oz) and I paid $20 for it which I think it was kind of waste of money. Although, I want to say that it works but I would have given 5 stars out of 5 if this was like $5~$10

Just like all the other creams I have used, it works for the first few hours, and then back comes the pain again.

I tried this for the first time and I'm hooked. I have arthritis in my right foot big toe that gets aggravated when I drive. When I used the cream not only did I not have pain that day but the next as well. Well worth the cost.
