Great for psoriasis plaques
This lamp is great for my psoriasis. My skin responds best to sun (rather than creams, Vitamin D pills, etc) and now that my elbows and legs are healing, I am less itchy and that helps the healing process too. I did it every day for the first couple of weeks but now just 3-4 times a week. My plaques were 1-2 inches each and now they're 3-5mm, some having disappeared completely! My skin freckles when healed (but this also happens with me from the sun). The lamp is a bit fiddly to manoeuvre at times so it requires some patience, but it comes with a handy stopwatch timer and eye glasses if using it near your face. Highly recommended.
