It doesn't specify on the label, but this is what they say on their website: All our products are 100% plant-based and therefore dairy free, naturally lactose-free and free from animal protein. To be labelled as ‘gluten-free’ products must contain no more than 20 ppm of gluten. Our Oat Mi*k based products are not quite that low and while none of the ingredients directly contain gluten. We cannot claim they are free from gluten. We do however have strict requirements being careful to monitor and minimise contamination. Because of this, we are able to ensure that all of our Oat Mi*k based products contain less than 100 ppm (mg/kg per product) gluten from rye, wheat and barley. This means that they are categorised as being very low in gluten (containing between 21 and 100 ppm gluten). Best oat milk ever

This is the best oat milk ever. My local coffee shop uses it and I am not hooked. It is a bit of a thicker oat milk. It is perfectly nutty and sweet but subtle all at the same time. Highly recommend! The clean ingredients are a plus.

Very high quality and creamy

I accidentally stumbled on this brand when I was ordering imperfect foods and it has since become my favorite oat milk. It has the perfect amount of creaminess and flavor profile compared to the other major brands and the only one that can kind of compare is the extra creamy planet oat milk. It tastes smooth and is crazy delicious in oatmeal and coffee and will be my go-to for oatmilk. We have an espresso machine and this milk can hold on its own but it's super delicious in a latte, blended in a smoothie and it foams beautifully. Highly recommend.

Not Oat Milk

This is not oat milk! it is water with oats added. This is a creamer, while tastes OK in coffee, in tastes terrible in others, like cereal.This is advertised by Amazon to be Oat milk, it is not. This is water with oats added to work as a creamer for coffee. Worse, it cannot be returned! Tastes OK in coffee, Terrible with tea or on its own for cereal.
