Really good and value for money smart light bulbs. Easy to set schedules and can control light intensity. All can be done remotely via the Kasa app. I now have a few of these installed, and I no longer need to use plug in time switches to control my table lamps or porch light. I've even changed my porch light to accommodate these bulbs. If necessary I can illuminate by a couple of on/off switch operations but I use almost exclusively in a true smart mode, often via the Google Home app. The schedules can be set for ON only, OFF only, or ON/OFF at scheduled times. I find the OFF only a useful feature because if I power up either manually or via the phone app I know that the bulbs will power off at a selected time (which can be set differently for any day of the week) if I forget to do so. The bulbs are very easy to pair with the Google Smart hope app and no home hub is required. No larger than a conventional size light bulb. I think these bulbs are very very good. A great buy. I just wish they were available in the more compact bulb sizes as well. I would buy more

This is a great smart light. I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on the popular brands but still wanted a smart light, so i got this. Its very easy to set up and has a lot of useful features in the app such as: To turn on automatically ( i set up mine for 7am) And then to turn off automatically 5 minutes after i leave for work (in case im rushing and forgot to turn it off). Also turn automatically at 10pm. You can also make it to dim down to 1% and honestly the combinations you can make are almost endless. You can also control it even if you are not home, if you are on holiday for example, you can turn it on and off to make it look like someone is home. Would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get into smart home accessories.

The bulb used to come with an adapter, so it didn't matter whether you had an Edison or a bayonet fitting, it would fit straight out of the box. I purchased an adapter separately for less than £2, but it would have been nice if TP link still included one as standard. Onto the bulb. It's an economical smart, which has so far proved to be reliable. We have this in the loft, and it is working out very well. It hasn't lost connection once. An inexpensive and good quality smart solution. Recommended.

Super easy to set up with the app and link to Alexa. Light is on the warmer side which I like and the dimming capability really helps on creating ambience to corners of my room. The companion app is slick and easy to use but I mostly just you voice controls through my Echo speaker.

In love with these. Albeit tech background. These were so simple to setup via the app. The most difficult part was changing the bulbs.. and that's not difficult at all. Still going strong several months later. These were a must have for us when going out walking early or coming back from a walk at night. Have three now. Reccomended these to my neighbour who also bought three. We're now the only two houses lit up on the lane! Note: we have a double dimmer fitted in the living room and the outside bulb (Kasa) seems to work with this also.. but we control the brightness via the app. Smart bit of kit, makes me wonder what else I can change!

Works perfectly well. Extremely easy to set up and connect with the app. The app is easy to use and very responsive. It also gives you information on how much energy the bulb has used and yearly savings predictions. It is very bright at full brightness and can be dimmed down all the way to 1% which is pretty amazing. Integration with Alexa was a breeze.

I was using a TP-link plug to switch two bedside table lamps but have replaced it with two of these bulbs. This gives me more flexibility being able to use voice control not only to switch these independently but to also control the brightness is fantastic. The Kasa app is great as is Alexa that works flawlessly. One of the bulbs can be a bit lazy lighting slightly behind the other but other than that they are ideal for table lamps.

The bulb is good and easy to connect, but will drop from the network and reconnect 4-5 times per day, wreaking havoc with Home Assistant automations. If you're looking to use within a Home Assistant setup, I'd skip this and go down the Zigbee route. It's far more consistent and has none of the network dropping issues that have been non-stop with this bulb.
