Having several large community residential gardens to maintain for the elderly I needed a quality value for money sturdy heavy duty garden multi-tool. Having researched and compared various makes of garden multi-tools based on the jobs needs I have to carry out I decided on buying the BU-KO 52cc Long Reach Petrol Garden Multi Tool. My order was tracked and I was kept informed of its transit and arrived speedily on-time, well packaged and undamaged. All the parts and attachments were as described and in the box, I also ordered the three extra long reach extension poles which delivered on time with the BU-KO multi tool. This is some serious heavy duty piece of gardening kit and everything needed to maintain the gardens and more. From the included gardening gloves, ear protectors, to chain-saw and eye protector glasses, extension pole, brush cutter and 12 month warranty this kit has it all. The instruction book was clearly written and easy to follow so set up and use of attachments is straight forward. Having added the correct petrol/oil mix the engine fired into life after 3/4 pulls. The 52cc engine is double that of most other engine brand units and easily copes with the toughest garden tasks with minimum effort. I used the hedge trimmer and with its option to angle the cutter blades and added extension poles I was able to trim the tops of the huge hedges without the need to keep going up and down ladders. Due to the position of the petrol pipes in the fuel container it is possible to use the unit turned on its side for cutting hedge fronts. Next I used the strimmer attachment and again due to the sturdy manufacture and the powerful 52cc motor the strimmer cut through the long grasses with ease and in no time at all. In conclusion this is a very well made heavy duty piece of kit and makes the biggest gardening tasks easier. Although a heavy weight to hold for long periods of work and will need to clip to the safety harness to take the weight this is a real value for money product.. Recommended 😊 18.09.2019

I bought this product to clear an embankment of blackthorn brambles and roses. I bought a separate blade which was recommended on a YouTube video as being particularly suited to clearing small trees. It did a fantastic job. The engine is powerful and waltzed through trees up to 1.5 to 2 inches diameter. Larger trees were pretty easily dispatched too. The engine started very easily and is powerful. The fuel tank gives a good amount of time for operating. The machine is quite comfortable once secured on its harness and once balanced didn't feel too heavy, even when climbing the embankment. The machine came pretty quickly and contained basic gloves, ear defenders and eye protection, however i invested in a helmet with built in visor and ear defenders. You have most of what you need to get going short of fuel and 2 stroke oil. You'll also need chainsaw oil. Only niggles are the harness attachment to the machine would i feel be better if it were clamped firmly rather than being allowed to rotate. The filler cap is right under the pull cord which seems a bit silly. The shafts will slide out of the poles so be careful! But so far after a hard weekends work, i'm really happy with it. Time will tell how durable it is but after a couple of intensive weekends of clearance work it hasn't missed a beat and still feels taught and good quality. If you want a first Brush cutter, i would recommend starting with this one.

Bought it specifically as it had the Metal 40T Blade, nearly all multi tools only come with the 3T brush cutter and I needed to remove a huge amount of bamboo that had grown into our garden. it was savage work but the machine coped very well. Compared to previous multi tools I have bought it is very powerful. Can't fault the amount you get with it. It came mostly assembled, a few bits to do but nothing onerous. Started relatively easy and more importantly started easily when used and you turned off for a few mins. Objectives things to note. It is heavy, heavier than other multi tools I have used. Previous multi tools I have had I haven't bothered with the harness as they were light. I am using the harness with this which is not the worst and actually handy to have. Be careful with the tightening nut. When you clip a tool into the main chamber there is the locking point but you also have the tightened handle. This is connected into the bar via a nut but this nut isn't locked in place. I untightened 1st day and went back and nut was gone. Thankfully I have a box of nuts and the size is standard so replaced myself but be careful don't spin the handle too far. Have used strimmer, chainsaw, extension, in 3 weeks owned I have used everything and no complaints!

Had it around a year, worked for 6 months, gradually starting cutting out frequently and has completely stopped working (Wont start). Has been maintained as per the instructions, tried all the recommended troubleshooting no luck. Will buy a credible brand next time.

I had been considering buying a garden multitool for some time and after some research settled on the BU-KO long reach 52cc petrol model from Amazon. I was surprised when the product arrived next day!! Unfortunately, 2 parts were missing on arrival, but having contacted the UK phone number to report same, the parts were immediately sent and arrived, again, next day. The instruction manual is very comprehensive, making assembly and initial operation really easy. The checklist on maintenance and care is simple and easy to follow. I need to cut down a relatively large area of overgrown garden and decided to use the 3 tooth blade because I thought the strimmer would struggle. Great decision! In a couple of hours I had cleared the area. It took a little while to get the harness adjusted to suit me, but once done, it was comfortable. The chain saw worked very efficiently and moving between attachments is easy. I'm very pleased with my purchase and have no hesitation in recommending the Bu-KO Multitool. Purchasded this item in June 2020 after reading good reviews. Delighted with it. It's easy to use although does become a bit unlwieldy when using the extension tube which makes the whole thing about 7 feet long! Can't complain about that though - it's partly why I bought it - so I could trim the top of a very high hedge. However, after a month away, I went to use it and it would not start. After a bit of research, I found out that this was because mixed 2-stroke fuel goes off after about 4 weeks which is why it would not start. It would have been good if that was mentioned in the instruction manual. Wanting advice, I tried phoning the seller, left several messages, emailed and no reply whatsoever which I though was very poor. I ended up having to take the machine to a local garden machinery place which cost me £60! This is down to my ignorance and nothing to do with the machine which is now working brilliantly again but the complete lack of response from the sellers for advice would certainly put me off buying from them again. Machine 5 stars, seller 1 star!

Many reviews I read when looking for something to make cutting tall hedges and trees, complained about complicated assembly, difficutly starting and unreliable engineering. The fact is, you get what you pay for and this is not much money. I found it easy enough to assemble given a bit of time and space, and a basic mechanical working knowledge. Starting was fine. It has impressive reach but is heavy, given it is a 52cc engine. Niggles include: the filler cap is awkward to access and the fuel mixing bottle is really annoying, the choke switch can get closed accidentally (for instance when starting) and the off switch is also vulnerable, both of which kill the motor of course. The drive shafts slide out of their casings when trying to assemble and the pinch bolts are a bit short, which means it is very easy to slacken them off too much and lose the nut in your clippings. Also one of the locking pins came loose and was lost. I contacted them and two replacements arrived three days later, no charge - impressive: so I raised the original 3 stars to 4. One of the pinch bolts stripped its threads and again, the response was rapid: two replacement bolts plus a replacement union assembly! Now a five star rating! I have only used the hedge-clipper and chain-saw attachment so far and it is exhausting to use due to the weight, but probably less than using smaller tools and climbing up and down ladders. The pole(s) are a little flimsy. All in all, it is proving to be a useful tool for not too much money, but requires a little mechanical understanding/trial and improvement to get the most out of it.

I bought this set of garden tools, that's really what it is, based on the price and reviews and after using it for about 10 hours I am happy that I bought a value for money product. Although I've only used the 3 winged brush cutter thus far the setup performed as expected. The engine is powerful and at just over idle speed does what it needs to do, no need for full throttle revving. It is quite heavy but with the use of the supplied harness this is not an issue for me. It started easily first time and is simple to operate. I found it quite unusual that you had to keep the choke on half way for normal running of the engine. I would be used to using the choke on cold start to switch it off once the engine warms up. Anyway, small detail I suppose. Only reason for 4 starts and not 5 is the poor enough manual. This has been mentioned by others. The images are not clear enough for assembly. If a spacer can go on 2 ways you need a picture that actually shows what way it should go on and not having to find out by trial and error. Just stating 'put the spacer back' with a grainy image not showing any detail isn't good enough. This goes on all over the manual. However, don't let this stop you from purchasing the tool as it does offer very good value for money imo.

Il manquait une vis qu'on m'a envoyé rapidement et les réponses à mes questions sont claires et précises. seul petit bémol , le poids
