Love this meter! I have given this as a gift MANY times. It lets you know exactly when to water your plants.

Perfect for those that need a little help knowing when to water and when to take a step back from watering their house plants. I had one years ago but, it had broken in a move, so I am very glad I was able to replace it.

Had to replace and old one that no longer worked and this one had good ratings and priced right. I is working fine and prevents under and over watering my plants. Design is simple and it's easy to use.

So far, the instrument appears to generate a believable response. I have been comparing the results to a different instrument and they generally agree. Time will tell.

So far it works great

If you're a busy person juggling a million things, yet a plant enthusiast, you know how disturbing it can be to look up one day and realize a plant (or plants) are dying because you forgot to water them. This meter has helped me tremendously in avoiding this problem! I set two weekly appointments in my phone, and then walk around the house using this meter. It consistently describes the moisture level of each plant and if it does or does not need water. I can also gauge the depth to which the applied water has reached and stop before over-watering. It's a very consistent and handy device!!!

We recently added new landscaping and for concern of over or under watering the plants, I purchased the Dr. Meter. Works like a dream and I use it for both my indoor and outdoor plants.
