Panasonic Phone Has Good Quality
The Panasonic cordless phones were a gift to my Auntie and she loves them because they were easy to setup and the volume is loud enough to allow her to hear the ring throughout her house.

great phone
Great phone....it does all it says it does. Very practical, without answering the phone you hear it's a spam call and can ignore having to answer it.

pluses outweigh the minus'
I have had a Panasonic phone for 8 years and it still works great. My neighbor needed a new phone so I tried to find the same one for her as mine. Unfortunately that model was no longer available. I bought this model as it seemed close in features. I noticed right away that it was much lighter which to me meant more cheaply made. On the plus side it is very easy to read and the dial buttons are bigger for her use. It's easy to store numbers and the sound isn't bad except when getting messages using the cradle. I just can not get the sound up very far so have to play the msg over and over sometimes. All in all I would say the pluses outweigh the minus'.

Great Phone for those with Landlines!
This 2 phone set was purchased for an older relative who still relies primarily on her land line phone. We found her phone stopped working while we were home for a visit. We checked the stores in the area & none had the Panasonic phone available. It is easy to learn & use. It’s packed with really great features including a large easy to read display, a speaker phone, an easy to use phone book, call block and an answering machine! It has Bluetooth, so if she has problems with her phone line, she can use it with her cell phone. (The speaker on this phone is easier for her to hear than on her cell.) It is a full featured phone at a really good price & should last her many years.

Glad to find a phone with a headset jack.
I’ve had a few Panasonic phone sets and really like being able to plug in my headset for working from home. A lot of new sets don’t have that feature anymore. It’s always better sound than using my Cel. So many of my coworkers use their cellphones and they drop from calls or I hear too much background noise from them. This is the perfect small set for my home office. Easy to operate and love the one button call block.

Poor Speakerphone Sound Quality
So disappointed. I'm a long-time Panasonic phone fan. I purchased this to replace my KX-TG6591 workhorse answering system. After replacing the handset batteries twice, I gave in and purchased this upgraded model. The speakerphone volume is so - even at the highest setting - that I must stand in front of the unit to hear a message. Additionally, the messages are muffled. I'm returning this unit and will troll the Internet to try to locate another KX-TG6591.03/10/22 Update: Just purchased the Panasonic DECT 6.0 Plus Cordless Amplified Phone with Digital Answering System Expandable to 6 Handsets Talking Caller ID – 2 Handsets Included (KX-TG6592T),Titanium Black. Perfect speakerphone volume & quality + no message muffling! I'm delighted.

NIce house phone
I like the lighted display, large enough font that I can see without glasses. It was easy to enter names & phone numbers, but it doesn't let you enter too many letters (so watch those long names!). A voice announces who's calling (via your typed in name & number) but since it's a computer, it gets a few things wrong. I didn't find this terribly important. The display lights up when a call comes in, with a light at the top as well. The ringer is not loud enough to be heard over normal household noises if you aren't in the same room (fan running, or in another room) & it can be hard to hear the person speaking (again, not loud enough) even when the volume is turned up. It is heavier than my old one, & the slick plastic can be hard to hold (I attached little rubber grippers on the sides & back). I didn't have any use for some of the features (baby monitor, walkie-talkie thing, or some other features). It's ok, but there wasn't a lot of choices on Amazon the day I ordered, or I might have chosen differently.
