**Q: Does it hydrated? I'm gonna use it on my neck**
A: I tried this product once and its not for me. It didnt hydrate anything on me. Was kinda chalky.

**Q: Can you use on eye area?**
A: I do and it has not caused any issues.

**Q: Is this hypoallergenic and fragrance free?**
A: yes it is but I only used it once because it was very difficult to blend and left a chalky feeling on my face.

**Q: Vegan and cruelty free? Or is Neutrogena still testing on animals and including animal by products? Hoping to hear of some good changes…**
A: Sorry I do not know.  I did buy it but I don't use it.
