It leaves the skin feeling a little tacky like some face washes can do. When you get out and dry your skin feels smoothe but i was expecting it to be more moisturizing. Its not drying either. The scent is mild and slightly herbal. I will probably not repurchase once i use it all, but it does work well on my daughters itchy skin well.
