Roomba battery 14.4V 3500mAh

This one is hard to quantify. Yes it will run the Roomba for about 1 hr +/- but if left off the charger overnight, the run time is cut in half. I can't see that it's economical to have it on charge all the time. I never had to do this with other batteries I have had over the years.Even though the battery is guaranteed ATC sent me a whole list of questions trying to avoid taking the battery back! Since the battery didn't come from Amazon but a third party I had to call Amazon and explain that I resented playing "20 questions" about the battery and why it wasn't working as well as I thought it should.I believe that a 3500mAh battery should have plenty of reserve to last far past 24 hours being off the charger.The best analogy I can make is this: Let's say you fill your car's gas tank up and park it in your garage with the garage door closed. No one uses the car but you. The next morning you get in the car to find the tank is HALF EMPTY! Where did all the gas go if it wasn't on the floor of the garage?? Same thing with this battery, it worked fine IF it was left on the charger all the time, taken off the charger it discharged far too fast to not be defective.The kicker was in the last message from ATC it basically said " When you return the battery MAKE SURE TO SEND IN THE ORIGINAL BOX SO WE CAN RESELL IT!!!!!"Imagine getting a defective battery back and planning to resell it to an unsuspecting consumer.So that's why I don't care for the battery or the attitude of the seller, maybe you will have a better experience. The worst part is that now I have to look for another replacement battery.

I purchased this for my Discovery that had been dead and put away for the past few years. One reason I didn't purchase a battery sooner is the cost that Roomba wanted for their batteries and of coarse they said only their batteries would work...Ha! This one works far better, no kidding and the price is great. It came in just a couple of days and we are up and running getting all that dog and cat hair. I wish I would have done it sooner.

Worked for a few months but you can tell it's not keeping the charge as long. Still great product just plan on treating the battery as you would bags on an old vacuum - needs to be replaced often.

I was concerned that this battery would not be right for my i robot but it works great it holds a charge very well I would reccommend it over buying the one on i robots web site it is almost 3 times more in price this one works great

My Roomba is over 5 years old and had not run in probably 3 years. I knew the battery was shot but once I plugged the new one in it was like brand new. This is an excellent product and seller.

Brought my vacuum back to life. Works Great. Arrived very fast

It did not hold a charge. A big ripoff

The battery shipped fast and works well. The robot is happy again.
