Utterly Magnificent WELL BUILT rack.
I felt the need to give my opinion on the “TUFFIOM 6U Casters Network Cabinet Enclosure” after reading some reviews on this page. It seems that TUFFIOM has upgraded this product and their packing techniques. The rack was shipped assembled in a large, heavy-duty cardboard box. The box was wrapped in multiple plastic strapping pieces and reinforced on all corners by “Cardboard Edge Protection Strips.” Inside the box, all sides of the metal rack were covered in thick styrofoam sheets. The wheels, screws, etc., were zip tied to a bar in the rack.Mine arrived in perfect condition. The caster wheels screw on (see photo) to the bottom of the rack. I noticed no issue with the quality of the wheels.Small things to note - The keys and casters are in a box inside the rack. The front door to the rack arrives locked, but the side panels are not locked. Remove the side doors to access the keys and casters box.Hit the screws for the top, bottom, and back cable access openings and fans with a tiny bit of WD40. Since the rack is brand new, the screws refuse to release from freshly applied factory paint and overall newness. There is a genuine danger of stripping the screw heads because of this. A tiny bit of WD40 will loosen everything up.The fan.The fan moves a lot of air, but it sounds like a box fan on high. It is still perfectly serviceable. I have a picture of the fans in this review. The fans are 120mm.Unfortunately, the stock fans are always on. I wanted more control, so I replaced them with an AC Infinity MULTIFAN S7 kit and controller.PERFECT.I am utterly pleased with the rack and look forward to what else TUFFIOM has in the pipeline.

Very Good 6U Cabinet - 1Point Off for some Annoying Quality Control
This is a very sturdy Cabinet with solid features. I am using it wheeled underneath my Computer center.I added one 1U Cantilever Shelf and moved the included shelf up. Both took little effort but suggestion work on a table instead of the floor. Some notes for others:The only cable entrances are top back and bottom back, long plate covered slots 13 1/4" wide and 2" opening with the covers max open - I had to use some safety foam to protect my Fiber Cable from the wall before closing them slightly - would be nice to have added side entrances for cables and some actual dedicated holes for grommets and/or strain reliefs.I stayed with the existing 10.5" Depth Shelf and a 10" 1U Shelf - you will have to disassemble the inside mounting if you want to replace with the full depth shelves but it is all just nut-bolt.The side doors are not hinged as depicted in the item pictures - they are pinned and are either in or removed - the front door is hinged - the back is solid steel with no mesh. One point off for some exasperating quality control:The included fans are not a bad sound but they will be too loud for my office. They are exhaust and I wanted to at least reverse them for positive cabinet exhaust since the cabinet is on the floor- but three screws, 1 on left fan and two on right fan must have been put on with power tools as I can't get them to release without stripping the heads (Phillips) so I will have to brute force them later when I have more patience. The fan mounts are metal threaded so I hope they didn't apply some thread glue - probably just the painted screws wedged into the fan threads. The cardboard parts box was not taped at all and it was just closed flap and then zip tied to the inside frame. When it arrived it sounded like broken glass because all the extra parts had been flung into all corners of the case. I had to search for the final wall mount nut buried inside a rail.

NICE RACK hahahahah No really it's a nice rack
So first let me just say this i don't know why or how the company does shipping, But my server rack traveled across the USA and traveled into New Mexico. Oddly they took the long route when it could have been a simple plane or a straight drive to me but maybe extra drop off's on the way keep in mind might take a moment to deliver. Now the Reason for You reading thisPro*very modifiable shelfs can be moved to adjust for any size of equipment any!!*Supports up to 6units only but the side panels have enough room for anything like a network router or anything that size*Has segments in it for good cable management*My fans where really quiet I've heard louder ac fans and even waterproof fans are louder so that's fine with me. I did however replace them with be-quiet fans from Noctua only because my cat HATES ac fans hahahahah*The extra keys YESSSSS THANK YOU 3 sets of keys each set has 2 on it so that's and extraaaaaaaconsonly three1. The Doors lock are ehhh better then nothing2. Wheels are hard to place into it but hey!!! it's on WHEEEEELLLLLSSSSSSSSS we we weeeeeeeeeeee3. keep in mind its a metal box so anything needing wireless connection it wont work well this server rack does a really good job and keeping in all wireless signals which is a pro and con depending how you look at it i had to get a access point so my wireless devices got wifi XDoverall really sturdy and good lookin rack hahahaha

This box was EXACTLY what I needed!
This is a great rack box at an incredible price. It even includes cooling fans. It is a heavy duty box with 3 sets of keys, one set for each lock. The wires come in through an adjustable panel in the bottom or the top. Putting it on the wall is a 2-person operation, but once there, you have a great enclosed and cooled rack. I can't say enough about what a great product this is.

Questionable QC and Craftsmanship
While under minimal use and extremely light load the welds on one of the front wheels broke off and the other is looking like it may come off soon. The rack itself seems ok however I need the wheels for my applications and having them break off makes the rack totally useless.

Just what I needed for my NVR
Hoping to obtain an additional shelf somewhere. Otherwise very sturdy and well made.

Very well built network cabinet
Solid construction, durable rack mounting solution. Dropped one star because the included rack fans are loud, and failed within 2 months of deployment.
