I love it that it does not jut out into the room. I had one that had a big wheel sticking out. Sent it back as it would be a definite toe stubber. This one also adds friction so the door isn't sliding back. We needed to cut our closet door because of the proximity to the next room and a small step the door had to be raised for.

The one that came with the original barn door did not work. Ordered a different kind and it also did not work. Ordered this one and it was perfect. Solid and well made. I have an uneven floor and needed a longer groove guide - this fit the bill. Easy install and I used some spacers to get it further out from the wall (see pic). Very pleased and well worth it.

We installed a barn door at a rental property. When we returned after a summer of renting our floor guide was missing. We looked all over but had no luck till we found this. It is perfect. Much better than what came with the door.

This door glide was perfect. Very sturdy. We were unable to use door glide that came with barn door hardware because we could not penetrate floorboard underneath carpet for some reason. This glide is definitely better quality and works great.

This fits my door but it's VERY tight. I wish it had a quarter inch more of adjustment, but otherwise it gets the job done.

Very easy to install. The most problem you will find is finding your wall studs. I had to add a 2 x 4 for the track since the slider was at the end of the wall and I didn't want the slider rail hanging past the wall.The rollers roll easy and couldn't be happier with the barn door slider. I built my own door, which if your not a handyman, you might just want to buy a door or have someone make it for you.
