The best but read the advisories
Found it almost impossible to buy this in the UK up to now. A pharmacist told me there is a reason for that so as with all medications do some research. Years ago I was told that airlines carry this and I am not surprised. It acts in no time and is far superior to other medications of its type. It reduces stomach cramp pretty quickly and that dreaded sense of urgency.I picked some up in the Far east and have enough stock to tide me by. Ready mixed SmectaGo is even handier still. Cant recommend it enough.
