Burnable Length (aka Sword Wick) Specs:The blade section of this sword is approximately 19” long, giving you plenty of fire along with enough gripped area for a variety of contact body moves. Counter-Weights and Safety:Many contact swords have large metal balls on the handle side as a counterweight, or metal balls that have been covered in a light plastic or silicone coating. Safer padded design, especially for beginners as the metal ball can hit your body with enough force to cause significant injury. Our contact sword's weighted end is covered with rubber coated memory foam which Provides a soft impact surface that is both durable and forgiving. Grip: is a traditional adhesive-backed padded grip. It is tear-resistant, and has a very slight ridge. To maintain its grippy surface, you should periodically clean this grip with soap, water, and the rough side of a sponge. Most severe equipment burns come from searing-hot exposed metal, not from the wicks. To minimize exposed metal, we simply don't have any. The interface between the wick and that grip is covered with a layer of silicone wrapping, giving you a fire resistant area between the wicks and the grip. Burn TimeTypical burn time is:Burn times are estimated based on recorded burns using Coleman Camp Fuel aka "white gas" . Actual burn times may vary based on individual spinning style, type of fuel used, and other factors. Sold Individually. Weight:26 ounces All of our Fire Swords are made using the highest quality materials and are designed to withstand abuse from ongoing drops and tosses, providing you with years of enjoyment. Each fire sword is engineered for optimal spinning dynamics and balance. Contact us for custom options.

Not what I signed up for and poorly made.
The balance on this property is not very good. And I thought that the 'butt' end was going to be a ball weight, not a barely attached rubber bumper. The delineation line between Kevlar and rubber grip.... Well there isn't really any! Just electrical tape is all that stands between your hands and a potential loss of them if you shift your trip too much.
