I have just started to do fitness exercises seriously and wanted something proper to wear while doing it. I was a little sceptical about the sizing as I am 6ft 1 and 17st 8lbs and generally look at XXL currently. But according to the size charts, I should look at XL so I went for it. Once it arrived I put the top and leggings on and they are tight, but not restrictive, which is the whole point of these anyway. They did do much for my figures look, but that's down to me and not the clothes :) The top seemed to be just perfect and even though it feels like it should, it never rises up during my exercises which have a lot of arm movements. The leggings I do have some issues with but they might be down to my body shape as the legs seem slightly long and the area between the groin to waistband slightly too short. But these concerns do not interfere with the leggings still fitting acceptably well. After the first workout in them, I did put them through a 30c sportwear wash and dried naturally on the line and everything was all ok. I also tried leaving them after a workout to dry during the day from my sweat and when I checked they did dry out naturally and smelt of the washing liquid and not my personal odour. Absolute thumbs up from me on these

I am a new runner and have been impressed with this outfit. I started to run at the start of 2019, and found it hard to get into the mood, recently I purchased this kit hoping that it would put me in a more positive mindset .... and it worked. I have worn the kit for a few weeks now and I am happy to share my views on it. Pro’s - It appears to be well made, the stitching is the right stitching (expands with the material where needed) and does not rub as I run. - The main material used is soft and lightweight, Even the labels (so comfortable to wear). - It makes me feel like I should be running (changed my mindset to a more positive one). - The price, it is one of the cheapest that I found and I took a risk on it (and I am so glad I did). - my stomach doesn’t look as bod when I wear it!! Con’s - The first time I went for a run, a lot of static electricity built up and I had a shock (or two) when I touched some metal railing (although after a few washes this has been eliminated). - check the sizes before ordering, I have a 44in chest and was surprised that I was an XXL (the biggest size). Overall I am impressed with the quality for the price, and I am happy to review this kit.

Really good quality fitted long pants and top, the trousers are very tight or maybe I am getting fatter? lol. The shorts I thought would be tight but they are more like a normal pair of sports shorts and are not right to the quads so I think you ear them over the under trousers. Decent quality, wore to Rubgy (Winter) and keep you warm so all good

Best purchase I have ever made when it comes to sportswear - got the long sleeve black winter kit which I’ve used and so far so good! Really protects you from the cold and the material is nice and comfortable and looks really good. My only fear was the sizing as with most people purchasing clothing online. All I recommend is that you used the size-guide in the pictures. I’m 185cm and 85/86kg so I fit right in the XXL range and the size is just right. My only objective criticism is that they make the shorts a little smaller so that everything is proportional and with stronger and smaller pockets - you cannot place the car keys or anything else in the pockets and go for a run as they’ll wobble about and have a weighted feel but this is a minor issue - there’s equipment for this! There really is no need to shell out big bucks for branded running gear. This does the job really well for a fraction of the price.

I have both a few similar item for my gym workout but they always turn out very poor and loosen very quickly after couple of usage. But I was quite impressed by the quality of the Niksa Gym clothing particularly given the price - I have never got such a good quality product at such a low price that does the job so well. Nice material, the shorts gives good comfort and stretch so really great for my squats and workouts.

This is the second set of these that I've bought now. Originally was buying the set to use when weightlifting and the tights provided cover for the shins during deadlifts that didn't interfere with mobility. The thing that I really love though is the loose shorts that you get in this set. They are super comfy and with great elastication at the waist. I always go for these shorts over the Nike ones that I own. They're especially good with all this hot weather we're having. This new set has even improved the shorts by adding a zip to the pockets so you don't have to worry about your phone falling out during a run. If they sold these shorts individually I'd buy a bunch.

I had been looking at expensive running gear for a few months, trying to decide if the added cost of a big-brand (UA) would give me any real benefit in the long term. Having started increasing my running recently I found myself without running gear and deciding that I couldn't justify spending £50+ I found this set, listed as a best seller and with good reviews so took the plunge. I had my reservations, especially that I would get the right size (XXL ordered for a 6'1" and 90kg) but on arrival I was very impressed with what I got for the money, the stitching is of good quality and the fit was close to perfect for my needs. I'll be looking at Niksa's other products before spending out in a sports shop again.

Very comfortable, quick delivery, I wore these for a toughmudder event and they are fine, they also washed well afterwards, the only gripe I have is that the ankles and wrists are slightly loose fitting however everybody is different and could just be me. I am 5'10/ 90kg and ordered an XL which fit great.

Wie bereits in der Kurzrezension hinterlegt gute Qualität im Hinblick auf den Kaufpreis. Unser Sohn hatte den Artikel für das tägliche Training bestellt und ist bis dato sehr zufrieden bei mittlerer Kompression und ordentlicher Materialqualität. Abzuwarten bleibt, wie sich die Textur auf Dauer zeigt. Bis dato aber uneingeschränkte Kaufempfehlung.

Mit einiger Vorsicht und Neugier habe ich das Set als Blitzangebot bestellt. Nach dem Hinweis, man solle besser eine Größe größer kaufen, wäre meins also eine Nummer zu klein. Bedenkt man, dass es kein Freizeit-Shirt sondern Kompressionskleidung zum Sport ist, kann ich das kaum nachvollziehen. Die Sachen sitzen sehr gut und erfüllen ihren Zweck absolut. Der Stoff ist bei allen drei Teilen eher dünn, warm hält es also nicht besonders, riecht aber beim Auspacken nicht unangenehm und fühlt sich durchweg angenehm an. Und, was nicht unbedingt die Regel ist, die Sachen dürfen auch in den Trockner.

Gratamente sorprendido! Las costuras en la camiseta se ven resistentes y el conjunto es súper suave y transpira de maravilla. Y para ser tan fino abriga más de lo que parece. En cuanto a tallaje, yo mido 1,74 y peso 83kg y suelo usar la talla M. He cogido por recomendación del vendedor la XL. El conjunto queda bien si ser demasiado apretado aunque las mallas si quedan un poquito largas. Así que mi recomendación sería coger una talla más si quieres compresión y la talla siguiente si prefieres que quede justo pero no apretado. Habrá que ver cómo resiste el tiempo y los lavados (actualizaré la opinión si hay algo que comentar) pero por MUCHO menos de lo que cuesta un conjunto así de marcas más conocidas, la verdad es que la relación calidad/precio es fantástica.
