Sometimes it's hard to tell if a supplement is actually helping or not, but I add a couple (10) drops of this to warm lemon water every morning to boost my immune system (along with a Vitamin D3 and liposomal Vitamin C pill). I have been doing this for over 2 years now and I feel amazing! Perhaps it's the placebo effect, but I'm not changing a thing as I am never sick these days! (a couple years ago, I used to get sick quite often) For reference, I have 2 teenage boys who play multiple sports, and I work in a busy office in a city location, so I am definitely being exposed to germs on a daily basis. This product is very easy to use, and I can't discern any taste whatsoever. Would definitely recommend!

I have zinc absorption issues, and have become familiar with a much wider variety of zinc supplementation than any human being should ever have to have. So from that expert vantage point, I feel pretty comfortable saying this is the perfect zinc supplement. It's essentially flavorless. You don't get that in almost any zinc supplement. It absorbs much better than most other options, and I KNOW when zinc isn't absorbing. You also get quite a lot of doses from one bottle; I've had mine for some time and I take a full squirt 3x day. So sure, comparison shop if you have a deep, abiding desire to become a zinc aficionado. Or take my advice and just get this stuff. Add it to your shake, smoothie, juice, or go on the wild side and drop it straight into your water. It'll zinc you fine.

The zinc is so easy to take unlike tablets (especially the horse pills) which I dread. It seems really effective. It got rid of my candida in a week once I started it and I haven't caught a cold/flu this season. I add 5 drops to my juice couple times a day for maintenance. Supplements sometimes upset my stomach and make me feel nauseus, but had no issues whatsoever with this one. I found this brand through Medical Medium. He says that this type of zinc (zinc sulfate) is the easiest for the body to assimilate.

I’ve been taking a liquid vitamin B complex every morning. But I wanted one with Folic Acid and had a hard time finding it. A lot of studies are out about the benefits of taking Folic Acid, a B vitamin. Taking a pill or capsule of B vitamins has caused me stomach distress in the past. THEN I FOUND THIS! Tastes good, it’s formula is great and it’s made in the US. Perfect. Came quickly also. Highly recommend!

My son developed a cough the last two week in the midst of this coronavirus, I wasn't panicking as I knew I had a well stocked up cupboard of vits, minerals etc and even though I knew it was'nt what is going aroung - I couldn''t prove it! Without delay I gave him 5 drops as directed for his age (9yrs) within less than 30 mins no coughs! I continued this over five days giving it to him once a day after lunch, a few times the effects wore off but as soon as we dosed, no coughing. Day 6, there was no sign of anything.. I don't know what more to say apart from I am glad we have this and still a lot in the bottle. I came here just to stock up :) only to find ''it's sold out, - no surprise''!! a MUST HAVE! I bought my third one already and we love it. Don't always remember to take it in the morning ( especially my wife ) BUT every time any of us start to cough, sneeze or have a little headache ( you've got that feeling something is starting up) we take 10 drops in the morning, mid day and afternoon, and we take it together with vitamin C ( ascorbic acid ) And ... next day we forget about it. We are trying to take it everyday in the morning ( 10 drops ) to prevent too ...

Mir bekommt Düse Zink nicht gut , ich bekomme Durchfall. Außerdem schmeckt es bitter . Ich hab es gekauft zur besseren Abwehr von Schnupfen

I take this with my quercetin capsules. Zinc is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant micronutrient. It has no taste and easy to use dropper.

My favourite brand of zinc. Easy to take, would recommend.
