Awful

After a couple of months a part broke,after numerous emails the company sent a replacement part,the another part broke. After a lot of emails and going through Amazon complaints a new part was sent. Within a few more months it completely corroded and had to be replaced.

Poor quality

After only 2 weeks, the chrome on the brackets have started flaking off leaving the black plastic underneath. The screws within the brackets rusted. And the shower hose has turned a rusted brown colour. I am very disappointed with the shower unit. The quality is very poor. I am very angry as i have put in alot of work into our new bathroom. I read the reviews and they seemed ok with this product. I will not be relying on amazon reviews again. I have emailed the company asking for a refund. Poor quality
