Hello our mats are not 100% transparent due to the lining inside the mat, but you can see through abit they are not a solid white. I hope this helps. Many thanks. 😊

Can these be used for sugar work? For example setting hot isomalt

It should be fine. I have not tried using it for that purpose but it can withstand high temperatures.

Have you had any issues previously with the mats bubbling whilst in the oven?

No this has never happen or will happen. Please stick guide on max temperatures. Hope this helps.
