Two of the specimens had ruptured in the box quite a long time ago. This made an understandably gross mess out of the entire contents of the box--and destroyed the fetal shark and the scorpion in the process.I had to repackage all of the specimens in new preservative because many of them were so cloudy you couldn't see what was inside. Several specimens are nearly microscopic. I think I ended up with 36 viable specimens out of the 48 claimed on the listing.
