Testors Null 1144TT Enamel Paint, 1/4 oz Glass Bottle, Gold

I'm new to testors paint and I'm really so impressed with it. There are a few things it didn't stick well to... A dry piece of clay I tried to paint, then had to put putty on it to keep it in place in a dollhouse. When I removed the putty it took the paint off with it. This will not keep me from continuing to use this brand tho, I'll just pay more attention to the surface I'm painting, how well the paint sticks to it, and whether or not I'll need to seal it (that clay piece was not sealed, so that may have been the problem). Testors paint has great coverage over old color and has really vibrant colors. Just like with ANY other paint, pay attention to what needs to be sealed.

I used this paint along with non acetone nail polish remover to gold inlay the engraving on my Glock 43 and it worked beautifully. I was going to post pictures but that would require granting permission for Amazon app to have access to photos, media, and files and I did not want to do that.

Wish the bottle was bigger! Great vibrant gold, definitely rivals the other major liquid gold leaf brand.

I used this for touching up some gold leaf pieces that I have that I didn't want to re-do. It's very pretty and it applied very easily. This little jar seems like it would go a very long way. It was a little more pinkish than the other gold leaf I had used which was a little more greenish.

Beautiful gold shine. Almost like the real thing! I use this to touch up my costume jewelry and a tiny bit goes a long way! It holds its shine and doesn’t wash off during hand washing. Highly recommend.

Very small amount but looks fantastic

What I mean by no marks is that this enamel paint goes on and dries smoothly and evenly. Ive used this stuff for years, on clocks, picture frames, plastic, wood, metal, etc. Compared to arylic gold paints no matter how you apply be it with a sponge, or even with the best soft brushes you will always see the marks of yr strokes. And when you want an item to look like it was originally made with that color and not look like some crafting project. This is the way to go. Each stroke quickly absorbs into each other making any item look as if it was professionally sprayed without the fumes.

perfect color if your looking for an antique like color

I have been asked to repaint an unfired statuette as the owner does not like the colours it has been painted in. This paint is real quality and the expense is worth it. however, the moment you open the pot/jar it smells kind of toxic - and I would recommend it is used outside in the open air. if you go to testers website they recommend this.Great paint though, and looks very 'gold'.
