Resistance Hip Bands for Legs and Butt - Set of 3 Circle Bands for Booty Workouts

These bands are awesome! I had a set of rubber resistance bands but they had many flaws! The worst part was that they constantly rolled and at times were painful, I was not in love with “the others”. These Fitophoria bands are amazing! They are made out of a comfortable material, they don’t bunch up or roll, they aren’t painful when they are on certain areas of my body and they don’t slip! They are a fantastic addition to my fitness gear!

I LOVE THESE BANDS! I am an in-home Personal Trainer and I have always enjoyed using mini bands/ versabands with my clients, but they all break so easily, roll up and pull on their skin, or don’t have enough resistance etc...not these though! These are extremely durable and comfortable and between the 3 bands they provide the perfect amount of resistance no matter what you want to use them for. All of my clients have asked where I got them and have been extremely impressed with their quality. I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to share how happy I am with these. They're ok. They get the job done but all of them are super tight. I’m pretty strong and these don’t stretch much when doing glute activation, they’re cool tho.

I absolutely love these bands!! They are great for when I do a lower body workout but also great for when I need a band that doesn't roll! I love the colors of them but what I really love is that they don't roll and they are super thick. Some thick bands can be uncomfortable but not these! I use them on myself and on my clients! Another bonus is that they come in a set of 3 for an amazing price! Do yourself a favor and get these bands!!

Second real time using the largest band and I'm noticing there are already elastics sticking out. Still pretty tight, but doesn't snap back like when I first tried it or the first workout. So thats pretty disappointing. I'll continue to use and try the other two this week as well to see. I do enjoy them, was just hoping they would last longer.

Great bands. I mainly use the purple band really because that size and resistance seems to be universal for my size-Quality/Size: Very sturdy. Great material and different options for size.Style/Color: Stylish colors and design.Overall, The resistance is strong so I’m not sure if some may prefer less resistance but I think that’s the purpose in getting a great workout

These bands are VERY durable and extremely tight to grow those glutes! Definitely don’t slide when doing your reps. My only concern is, when i try to put the band around my ankles for resistance when doing legs, it’s waaay to tight to even squat, that’s my only dislike about this product but other than that, these bands work amazing. 8/10

I grew tired of my old flimsy (and EXPENSIVE) rubber resistance bands, so when I purchased Fitophoria Resistance Bands, I couldn't be happier! The material is thick and very high quality for the price you pay! Usually similar brands sell individual one of these resistance bands for more. But you get 3 for the price of 1! I love working out with these as you can feel it on your legs/glutes right away!
