Q: Can I use this grease on my engine block heater cartridge?

If you have a dry heater block hole (element does not touch antifreeze inside the block), this is the grease to use. Worked great on my Toyota Camry.

Q: What is the heat tolerance?

Says on back of tube the temperature range is -40 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit

Q: Is this ok to use on restaurant equipment? I need to apply some on the heat element of a popcorn maker. It won't touch the food but wanted to be sure

I used it on the temperature probe on the inside of the machine. You should be good with your popcorn machine.
