Each package of “help I have a headache” contains 16 oblong pills. Each oblong pill contains 500mgs acetaminophen. We use acetaminophen because it’s an excellent treatment for headaches and it’s delicate on stomachs. We use as large a dose of acetaminophen as we can, and the fewest possible fillers, coatings, and dyes. We haven’t used “extra strength” to describe our headache pills even though they do have lots of acetaminophen. That’s because if everybody always used “extra strength” to describe headache pills then “extra strength” wouldn’t really mean anything anymore. And we don't want the things that we say to mean nothing.

Headache remedy of choice
These pills are awesome! I am very aware of what pills I take because I grew up not taking very much medicine but I love this company's product whenever I have a headache. I can trust Help's headache medicine because the pills don't contain red dye #40 (it says it on the packaging), so I know that I'm not ingesting unnecessary inactive ingredients.

no sugar coating anything
I'm glad to find a headache medicine with one active ingredient instead of one that's a cocktail of various drugs I don't need in one pill. It's great that there are no unnecessary dyes and coatings too!

Wonderful if you want capsule shape and half the dosage at a time
These are easy to break out of the packaging, travel well, and you can use one pill versus the whole dosage--especially nice if you are conscious of health concerns for liver damage from too much Tylenol. Hard to find in this dosage

Shipping charge was outrageous
The price was good at .99 cents but the shipping charge was ridiculous. I purchased this with other items and did not realize I was paying $5 for shipping on this little pack of pills.
