Circle Cutter Guide - 5 pc. Kit - .380"

Let me start off by saying that I am relatively new to plasma cutting and what little experience I had has since been forgotten. I haven't used a plasma cutter in several years until I recently purchased a new Hypertherm Unit. I only made a couple of practice cuts to get a feel for the drag tip and started using the stencils right away.These plasma cutting stencils were exactly what I needed and look forward to finding more uses for them! I think they are well worth the price for the quality of cuts I was able to achieve with them.I mainly bought this set originally for the 1/2" stencil alone but have since found several other uses for the other sizes. These stencils allowed me to finish up my welding table project by cutting 1/2" bolt holes for mounting my vice and by using the outside radius of the largest stencil to round my welding table top corners. I am using a Hypertherm 30 XP with a drag tip to make the cuts and couldn't be happier with the end result.

These are a must have if you are doing anything free had with a plasma cutter. Good quality.

These stencils are exactly what I needed for my plasma cutter. I have a HyperTherm cutter and use the tip that allows me to rest the torch right on the surface to be cut. Using these stencils makes for a perfect circle. (The edge is also helpful for use as a straightedge.) I needed to make a larger circle than the largest stencil, so I traced the outside of the stencil with the torch. The end product resulted in a circle that was two inches larger than the circle in the center of the stencil.

These work well for steel hanging targets and do make attachment easier.
