The stuff works when used as directed. We have very heavy deer population and they love hostas. But the don't bother them after spraying with this. Works best when used BEFORE the deer start eating the plants. Need to reapply often, but a gallon lasts a LONG time. I keep mine in the frig to help is last longer.

Other products are limited at what they do. This DOES have some benefit. Somewhat difficult to use particularly when mixing from concentrate. In contrast to description it is clearly scented not unscented. Otherwise the instructions are reasonable.and allow for your best chance but deer are just “deer “. Sprayers should be the widest diameter you can find since clogging is common. Is expensive but better than replacing plants

This was recommended to me by a master gardener. I have tried many products to deter deer and rabbits in my garden, and hoped that this was finally the one that would work. One spray is supposed to last for 4 months and rain is not supposed to minimize its effect during that time. I sprayed all of my shrubs to protect them from deer, in the fall, and again in early December. Most of the garden seems to have survived, but my Manhattan Eponymous shrubs have been completely stripped of their leaves this winter, despite this product being sprayed liberally on them. This product is expensive so I will not give up on it.I will try spraying more frequently.

This stuff actually works. Sprayed it on my hostas and the rabbits stopped eating them immediately. Best stuff I have ever found that would work.

I tried this first because a master gardener friend recommended. Then later settled on one that just smells like rotten eggs and doesn't have blood in it. This one and all others I tried get washed away during a really heavy storm. They stand up to light rain showers pretty well.

I order this every year and usually from Amazon in my unending fight against rabbits and voles. I have found this to be a very effective repellent. I have extensive gardens and use a large garden sprayer to disperse this product. However, a couple of days ago I filled my sprayer with the product only to find that nothing was passing through the nozzle - a first for me with this product. So I poured the product out of the sprayer and into a clean container. The liquid was full of gross "clots" that would not dissolve and that completely clogged my sprayer and hose mechanism. I tried straining the product through a fine mesh bag, but the bag got clogged! Please note, this negative rating is for this particular order; I depend on Plantskyyd to keep the critters away from my flowers. Thankfully, I can return this to Amazon. It's an expensive product and I can't afford to waste it.

I have lived on Cape Cod for 4 years and I am an avid Gardener. I was not prepared for the damage that rabbits bring to all flowers. I tried every product both dry and liquid with no success. A Master Gardener suggested using this. Her Instructions were to spray in early spring and continue as new growth appears. You need to change the rabbits habits. I have seen a 90% improvement in plant survival and flower production. Awesome product.

We have lots of deer in our area. Really helped to deter them!
