Works great!
I'm no expert on punch embroidery as I have only done 2 starter kits using yarn and larger punch needles. This is for using with embroidery floss. The size for 6 strand floss is the size 16 one. In mine, it was the one with the blue tube. The smallest one is size 9 and is for 2 strands. You would thread this from the top with the thread already in the threader as the threader is too short to do it in the same way as other punch needles. The needles do not screw onto the handle, it just pops into place. It does come out easier due to not being screwed in but i had to actually pull on it. It's not like it kept falling off easily. The needle can also be used without the handle. I have seen others use these types of needles in this way and I find it more comfortable. The handle feels to me like it's just in the way. Check out ambroidering on Instagram for videos showing how she uses a very similar punch needle.

DO NOT ORDER, BAD QUALITY
After waiting 4 months to receive the needle punch, I am very dissatisfied with the quality as well as the customer service . The needle heads do not stay on the body, and I could not get any embroidery thread through. Tried to return, but they said the return time frame ended 2 months before I actually got the product. DO NOT ORDER !

Certaines aiguilles ne tiennent pas sur le tube en métal. J’utilise seulement l’aiguille dans ma main. Cela est plus difficile mais ça fait la job. Les aiguilles sont de bonne qualité !

Very tiny, hard to hold.
The handle part is about 2" long and very tiny in diameter, making it extremely difficult to hold. I will have to fashion something to go around the handle and make it longer and thicker so its easier to hold.
