I highly recommend this product. It was packaged well and it's stunning watching the cones burn. I read a couple of bad reviews and was concerned when it arrived. I had bought own cones also. It's stunning.

Nice looking and very relaxing when used with various incense cones. Issue it is very messy after several uses.

Great item and works well.. just make sure you clean it every couple of days because it has a bad after smoke smell 👎

I found it didn't flow like it did in photo

This is amazing for those complaining about smell buy more incense there cheap enough. Smoke actually hits the lake and fills up slightly too. Good solid heavy piece 5stars all day

The incense burner looks lovely but I think it turned up broken and I don’t know how to get in touch with the seller

The product look just like the photo’s. Good quality but absolutely STINKS, mine smells an old ashtray mixed with bleach. I almost think someone prior used it and it’s second hand?? Now if I burn an incense I can also smell the cigarette/bleach stink.Such a shame because it look beautiful!

Tellement Joli même quand on ne l'utilise pas.Mais bon même avec de bon connes à reflux, il n'y a pas autant de fumé que dans l'image de présentation ( quelque peu exagérée)Toutefois, je ne regrette pas mon achat, bien au contraire.

War ein Geschenk zu Weihnachten und ist gut angekommen, wurde direkt ausgetestet und funktionierte auch. :)Sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, auch wenn die Bemalung natürlich immer etwas individuell ausfällt. Von der Größe her finde ich es auch richtig, nicht zu klein aber auch nicht zu wuchtig.Einziges Manko: aufgrund klirrender Geräusche habe ich den Karton - zum Glück - vor dem Öffnen aufgemacht und siehe da, das Männchen und das Boot hatten sich beide von der Schale gelöst. Da ich viel Bastelkram zuhause habe, konnte ich beides relativ problemlos innerhalb von ein paar Minuten mit Heißkleber wieder befestigen (auch so, dass es wirklich wieder fest war), war also für mich auch kein großes Problem und ich habe dem Hersteller erst gar nicht Bescheid gegeben. Zum Kundenservice kann ich in dieser Richtung also nichts sagen.Da dem Set außer den angegebenen Räucherkerzen und der Schale außerdem noch eine Pinzette und eine kleine Filzunterlage beilagen finde ich, hat sich das damit wieder ausgeglichen. :)

Muy bonito, tal y como se ve en las fotos. El humo cae perfectamente y se queda acumulado como en las fotos. Fue un regalo y gustó mucho.
