These are amazing..not sure how I lived this long without them....they work great on any plate, or paper plate...wonderfful.

As you can probably tell from the design, these will only clip right to flat or slightly tiled plate edges, not those deep dish plates or bowls. But they are absolutely perfect for our dinner plates and you can even clip on a few for those many choices. They’re slightly rubberized on the inside of the top and bottom to keep a good grip. They’re small but hold more than you think. Wide enough to dunk larger foods like pizza or chicken wings too. We used to have to make multiple trips to carry bowls a bit large for just dip, so these are convenient on many levels. Haven’t had any break or stain so they’re very well made.

I got these for my brother in law, because we have a similar set. We love ours and wanted to pass them on. The only reason I'm giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the packaging. My other set arrived in a cute little box that would have made a good present. These arrived loose in an ugly gray bag.Because we haven't given these to them yet, I am copying my review of our existing set. Yes they don't actually clamp down. You can only use them on an object with flat, horizontal edges. I really don't see that as an issue. There is a rubber piece that keeps them from sliding off and creates a tight fit. I don't see why you would use these on something without flat edges. Otherwise nothing would stay in the cups, because they would be at the wrong angle.Some people say that the cups are too small. Unless you're planning to use these at a party to circle a tray with different dips, these are perfect. If you are having a party, I would set these out for individuals to use to pick dips they want from larger bowls (not trying to fit lots of dips for a group). So far we've used these for ketchup, ranch, blue cheese, nacho cheese, soy sauce, and few other odd condiments. They we exactly the size needed. We could dip veggies, wings, chips, fries, chicken nuggets/tenders, dumplings/potstickers, etc.They were easy to clean (just threw them on the top shelf of the dishwasher). They kept my food from getting into condiments I didn't want mixing. They have flat bottoms that make filling them easy before you put them on your plate. Very convenient!

Love the colors and how well they clip to a plate. Definitely needed for the dipper of your family.

Love these!! Clips on easily to plates, and paper plates as well, though paper plates with outside ridges create a bit of unsteadiness. Perfect for condiments, sauces, and small portions of chips and veggies!

Little small for dips and does not work on bowls

They were a little smaller than expected, but still a good size. They can be a little difficult to slide onto the edge of the plate, so you may have to help smaller children, but once they are on they work well.

Perfect size so you don't overdo the portion. Q2 Keeps your food from touching, therefore soggy food is a thing of the past. Innovative product that actually works!!
