The camera worked great for a few months. The night vision and picture/video quality is excellent. Very clear!The motion detection is very sensitive lol!It reset itself a few weeks ago and the night vision stopped working. Then it said our sd card was full. We finally changed the card and the set up took a couple days but it seems the night vision works again but the status light doesn't come on anymore.I'm still trouble shooting it. I haven't called for tech support yet!Shipping was super fast and we love the camera. I'm hoping we can work the bugs out. Thank you :)

I cannot believe the ease and quality of this camera and (free) app for the price. I watch my 3 dogs and 2 cats while I work long shifts in the O.R. The system is consistent, easy, and seamless. I don't use a sim card, cloud, motion control, etc. Just the basic function and it's perfect. I am thinking of getting a 2nd camera to have 2 views in my app. Love it!!

I bought this in February, 2019. Worked great for awhile, however, recently it crashed and every time I try to Scan / rotate the turret, it crashes and gives me a "network to Slow" message when I know the network is fine.I'm going to stick with Wyze Cameras... cheaper and more reliable

I am rather disappointed an unhappy with this camera. The picture quality is great, night vision pretty good....the app is horrible though. I try to use the motion detection, but it does not notify me at all if the app is not open. It should notify me regardless. Even when I do have the app open, it only sometimes notifies me. The first camera I got only worked for a couple hours before failing. It went offline and kept repeating camera ready. Rebooting did not resolve and I could never get it back online. Amazon sent me a replacement and this one has been working. The app, which is the way to manage it all pretty much ruins it in functionality.

Overall picture quality is great, night vision is still clear enough to zoom and clearly see children or objects around the room. Two way sound works well enough for what it is used for. The sound quality isnt the greatest but it's a camera not a microphone. Easy to set up, easy to use, easy to install. Not much to complain about works as expected. Would definitely recommend. Only real downside is the length of the power cord which somewhat can be an issue when installing on the ceiling, it nearly has to be directly above the outlet. This is a minor issue though and can easily be resolved with a longer USB cord.

Camera didn’t come with mounting bracket which was extremely disappointing. I asked customer service about this and they said it didn’t include mount but description said it did. In addition, the night vision doesn’t work and the app is horrible. Seller doesn’t offer refund after 30 days so DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The camera itself function like it's supposed to. Picture was decent sound was decent it worked like it was supposed to, except for one thing. It didn't record on any micro SD card I put in. I tried 64 gb, 128 gb. I tried formatting through my PC through the camera and it didn't work either way. The camera recognized there was a card there but didn't record continuously on it nor event. Tried contacting support as listed in the description and never got a response back. Return for refund. Do not recommend.

I just checked my order history in Amazon to see when I bought this item. I bought that in December 2018. Is there any warranty and how long is the warranty? The device quit working in less than a year
