Japanese Seven Spice (Shichimi Togarashi)

Very enjoyable

I had a hard time finding this locally, so I decided to buy two. This is a great condiment with ramen noodles without the spice packet. Trying to do things the more authentic "Japanese" way, with togarashi and kombu garnishes with dashi and miso for broth.
