Q: would this fit a rather small 18 year old girls head?

Yes, the helmet is big and bulky. I think it’s much more suited for adults than small children because of how heavy and thick the plastic is.

Q: What are the size dimensions of the helmet? Will it fit a large adult head? A picture would be great.

This helmet runs large. It fits my head but I bought it for my grandchildren. You have to put extra padding in to fit child’s head. I can’t say if it fits my husbands head as I do not think he ever put it on.

Q: Can this fit a 12 year old boy?

It is super huge. Fits my head and I’m 36 lol
