Samson C01U Pro Recording Pack with USB Studio Microphone, Headphones, and Software

I had my doubts when ordering this product (seemed like the package was too good for the price). It turns out it's great!You get the really well reviewed Samson C01UPro microphone, with the tripod that it usually includes, the headphones and the software as offered. The included software is ok (haven't needed it that much).The headphones are ok. The sound is really good. They are very light, but the earcups are a on the small side, pressing down on the ears and working more as "on ear" headphones than "over ear" headphones, so it does cause some outer ear discomfort after a while of wearing.Overall, really good package, in particular considering it's only $5 more than the stand-alone microphone.

Ok. The Mic and headphones are perfect. I couldn't get the music program to work on my laptop. It is kind of old. So I'm gonna try the program again on a newer version. TheMic and headphones are perfect.

I purchased two of these to use for faculty recording content for online courses. I like how the audio from the microphone is passed through the headphones automatically. This prevents the user from yelling because they hear their own voice. So far we are very pleased with this product.

Have had this microphone for less than a year and it no longer functions. When I recieved it, there were already some scratches on the mic like it had be used previously. The audio jack is a joke, every pair of headphones ive tried needs to be twisted to find the spot where it would pick up the sound. After maybe 5 uses, I went to plug in the usb port on the bottom and one of the four prongs broke off. I thought that Samson was a reputable brand but either I received a faulty product from the getgo or these truly are poor quality. What a waste.

I'm not in all this blogging but my son (who had this as a present for NY) said that this is the best!

Did exactly what I needed. Was very easy to set up and use. Nice that it came with software, though I ended up using what I already had. I would recommend it!

The mic alone is great quality for this price point. With the headphones and software, it's tough to beat.

I like that

The mic is fine and happy with quality on delivery. The studio headphones were delivered with a faulty ear cup - missing a retaining tab so it will not sit on ear but pops out. I need the mic so cannot return the whole pack but disappointed at the defect on the headphones. I get that they would be cheaper end, but they should at least sit as designed.
