ADATA SU800 1TB Ultimate Internal Solid State Drive - ASU800SS-1TT-C

Like:--1. Size is same as expected to replace my HDD disk from laptop and its perfect fit2. Response is fast3. no heating issues till nowDislikes:-1. brought this product so, that i will get free migration Tool from ADATA website but its wrong . serial no. mentioned on SDD Box is not recognized by ADATA website so dont expect any migration tool from ADATA2. contacted Service center and they support only HW issues if any. for any product registration no support available3. If you are looking for good migration tool then go for Samsung which supports it else you need to search for free migration tool online which is not preferable

Came on time and was easy to install and use. I moved from a samsung 500gb ssd to this to save some money on the price differential between a samsung and this product of almost Rs 6000( savings). Seems to be a good investment as of now.After 1 month of usageProduct not reliable , gives error often and crashes my windows often. Not recommended for demanding applications .

Though earlier skeptical about Adata SU800 SSD, it proved to be far better than Samsung's 860 and 870 Sada.Boot time:Samsung 860 EVO: 10.3 SecsSamsung 870 QVO: 9.9 SecsAdata SU800: 5.4 Secs.Plus the time it takes to launch an application on Adata SU800 SSD is lesser than that on Samsung 860 & 870 and Kingston's NVME ssds.Overall, it's q good buy and great choice by far who are still on old laptops like me.Additional point: Installed Kali Linux and Fedora on the same SSD, boot time for both linux flavors were 3-4 secs

The system boot time has considerably reduced with the Adata SU800 SSD, but browsing files stored in the files is painfully very slow, it takes considerable time to display even 10 files in the drive. Taking this into account I do not recommend to buy big storage SSDs (mine is 256GB). I think 120/128GB is more than enough to store the OS & Applications.

Its work on low power.My laptop output power for hard drive is only 1mA but this hard drive working very well in my laptop.Too much fast, zero hitting drive.Previously i try samsung drive 500gb. But Samsung drive need minimum power supply 1.2mA. So i had wast my money.This is best drove for power saving and long life...Thanks

My earlier SDD was 120GB from ADATA and it unfortunately was too small for my increasing need for more software. I purchased this. I used the Acronis Truecopy OEM version provided by ADATA. But, it made an image but Windows 10 Pro license was not recognised by my PC. I had to call Microsoft to get it working. It is working great. I found it economic. You may use it for gaming, I use it for teaching.

Have been using it on Ubuntu 18.04 for some time, after upgrade from a smaller disk. Works perfectly fine.Out of all makes I have used/ am using (Samsung, WD, ...), I tend to have some preference for AData now.

Estuve valorando diferentes marcas para cambiar el SSD de mi Macbook pro mid 2012 y elegí este modelo por que es más económico, es buena marca y la tecnología 3d nand me pareció muy buena. No requirió aditamentos extras para colocarlo, el clonado del disco anterior es lo único extra que tienes que hacer para que funcione (Incljye un software de clonado para Windows y para Mac puedes usar el Time machine). Mi equipo funciona muy rápido, inicia en 9 segundos, cuando antes iniciaba en casi 1 minuto; lo llevo usando casi un mes y no ha presentado fallas.Este producto junto con aumento de memoria RAM funciona como un equipo de los nuevos modelos.Valió la pena cada peso.

Simple to install.This drive has been fitted to 2 laptops and seen 3 operating systems with no issues (I like to test my kit!).If you want cooler operating, faster boot times and much quicker read and write times for files, then this is the upgrade for you.I took out a 1TB HDD and replaced it with this 256GB SSD (seems to be a backward step, but there is method in my madness,I have only installed programs to the SSD and keep all my Data ( MUSIC/PHOTO'S/DOWNLOADS/VIDEO'S/DOCS etc) on the 1TB HDD that is now housed in a USB 3.0 external case. Two advantages to this, 1- a much faster laptop, 2- all my personal files are safe if the main drive goes faulty).Technical note for SSD drives."TRIM" is available on this drive and is automatically detected by Windows from version 7 onward.How to check TRIM is enabled in your Windows 7/8/10 PC.... Use the Windows key + X keyboard shortcut to open the Power User menu and select Command Prompt (Admin). Type the following command and press Enter: fsutil behavior query DisableDeleteNotify.I recommend this drive.

For business, we strictly buy kingston, WD or Samsung depending on speed requirements. Those have the reputation of best reliability.Personally ,I only buy ADATA for myself as they have the cost of the kingston or WD drive, yet the performance and infrastructure of the higher end SSD's.I purchased at least 5 adata drives for my different machines or friends, not a single failure over the past 3 years.

Lo usé para reemplazar el disco de mi laptop que ya se había puesto muy lenta al hacer el upgrade a Windows 10 aún después de haberle puesto 8gb de RAM.Después de instalar este disco la mejora de desempeño se nota mucho, al arrancar Windows se tarda menos de la mitad de tiempo que antes se tomaba y al abrir los programas lo hace casi al instante.Recomiendo también comprar una carcasa para que lo puedas conectar por usb y puedas transferir todos tus datos de tu disco anterior a este. Yo compre la carcasa UGREEN USB 3.0 con UASP aquí mismo en Amazon y le queda excelente, además la puedes seguir usando para el disco qué reemplaces para tenerlo de unidad USB.Para transferir mi información yo utilicé el programa EaseUS y esta excelente porque te dan 30 días de trial y sólo generas una imagen completa de tu disco anterior y la pasas a este nuevo disco, así no tienes que hacer reinstalación de Windows ni nada, las licencias de todos tus programas se mantienen y funcionan perfecto, solo haces el cambio del disco duro y todo como si nada.

The SU800 models have fast write speeds, unlike the 600 which you will want to avoid as they are slow in comparison. ADATA have been around for 20 years or so now. I used to use their RAM in the earlier days as it was reliable and low-priced. It's a natural progression for them to have moved into SSD drives. Stick to the SU "ultimate" models.
