- Your joi Gifts order can be delivered as early as the next day (order at least two days in advance for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc), and you can schedule it for a specific date and time slot
- Your delivery comes in special gift packaging, includes a greeting card, and can be personalized (for specific products)
- A customer care agent will contact you shortly after order confirmation to collect the relevant information, including delivery time, address and card message
- All items ordered from joi Gifts are combined as one delivery. If order includes items not sold by joi Gifts, items will be received as separate deliveries
- No cancellations/refunds will be possible once the order is placed. If Cash On Delivery is selected as a payment option, delivery may be delayed
