Amazing and easy!
I used to frequently order the typical Americanized Chinese staples when an employee turned me on to Black Bean Chicken and it was my new favorite. I was going to try a crack at making it myself which would required a trip to an Asian Market when I came across this sauce which is the multitude of needed ingredients all in one jar AND it's available in the ethnic section of most grocery stores to boot. It is available in pouches as well as a jar. My initial thought when sampling straight from the jar was OMG SALTY, but the completed recipe was not at all too salty for my tastes. It's good with chicken but I was also surprised at how good it went with steak as well. Always a hit and an easy and quick stir fry!

great stir-fry sauce
This is one of my favorite Lee Kum Kee sauces. Stir fry half a pound of sliced chicken and a cup or two of veggies, then add this sauce when the chicken is about done. Makes a tasty and easy one-dish meal for 2 people. Surprising amount of flavor from such a small packet. I like that it is not sweet like most quick Asian-style sauces.
