At this price these grips should be flawless. They did not fit at all. The back is out of shape around the trigger guard it is a poor fitment. Even with tightened together there is a gap all the way around. Very poor craftsmanship

The finish was fine , the fit was meh .. but it did the job … had to do some sanding to get the fit somewhat correct.

Lots of maneuvering to finally get it to lock in place for the retaining bolt. Inside of each grip was rough looking, not that it shouldn't be. However, the milled inside looks like it might have an effect on the handles composition. I would buy it again - at half the price.

I bought this set for a taurus 856 that I have. They don't fit. Has about a 1/4inch gap at the bottom. I've spent about 2 hours with files and a small blade fitting them. To make a good fit would end with me having to sand shape and completely refinish them. So I bought a set of houge grips. The color is nothing like the ones pictured. Only good thing I say about them is the wood is good quality, the 2 halves matched up well, and th3 finish is nice and uniform.

They just do not fit a Taurus 85. There is a rounded portion inside the grip where the frame is square. They feel nice in the hand, so I'll see what I can about fitting. If I close the large gap at the bottom, I'll also have to redrill the pin holes. I would've bought something else. I wanted wood grips, not a project.

Very poor fit and finish. Big gaps, hangs over frame on top just very disappointing for the price point.
