Vibratex Mystic Wand Silicone Massager

Having read that some people were having trouble with battery placement, I got a white out pen and made the marks easy to read and have yet to have a problem with it.Great settings, haven't used it in water yet but seals great, compact enough to be highly travelable, so quiet I can use it discreetly, and rather a cute design to boot.Sound: it seems like it makes lots of noise but as soon as you get a couple feet from it, I couldn't hear it even in my echo inducing house.The neck on it is fairly weak but I use it head on and I don't have any problem with it. Using it in tandem with a partner might be tough but haven't gotten to that yet.Over all: Love it!

Found this toy through Oh Joy Sex Toy and decided to give it a try as I wanted a wand type toy but prefer not to have a cord. I've not used the Hitachi so I can't compare its power, but the Mystic Wand has a nice strong rumbly vibration - the third setting can even be too much for me sometimes. During longer play sessions I eventually go numb from any of the settings. Cycling through the settings to get back to what you want if you go past it is a minor annoyance. Size-wise it's bigger than other toys I've used (my other go-to is a Layaspot), but smaller than other wand toys. The carrying pouch is nice to have since the silicone head is prone to picking up dust.The symbols to show you how to put in the batteries are a little vague; it would be easy to put them in wrong. But for being a battery powered toy, the batteries last quite a while! I'm using just plain ol' dollar store batteries and they've lasted me through several uses and are still going strong. This is not a quiet toy, but if you put on some music or a fan it probably won't be heard through a closed door. The lights are a little bright, but "green, orange, red" for the speeds is cute.

I love the settings, strength, and vibration type of this but sadly it died after about a month. It will start off vibrating at the correct frequency but within seconds will fade into a weak vibration that I can only feel if I grip the head with my hand. I've changed the batteries three time so I know it's not the power source. Hopefully I just got a defective model as the use in it certainly wasn't constant.

good design, recommended by lesbians on a website i found. unfortunately , one broke soon after i got it -- can't figure out why... the others are still going strong and its textured surface and multiple vibratory functions make it really flexible---now i have a second one that broke within two weeks -- just won't turn on --

Hitachi wand is one of the best wands on the market. I needed something that was portable and easy to use. My special friends love it and how it feels You can not use the Hitachi wand attachments, since it's 40% smaller

Technical details since I never found anything accurate: Tip of head to bottom of handle is 8.25". Head diameter is 1 7/8". Circumference of head is 5.75". It is all SILICONE. Do not use silicone lube with it or even near it. Do not let it touch other silicone objects or objects made of jelly. It comes with a nice black satiny bag. I would not let it touch any other plastics. (That applies to storage not bumping against something while using.This is not nearly as strong as the Magic Wand. I wasn't expecting it to be since it runs on batteries. BUT it's as powerful as one could hope for on 4 AA batteries! I am very pleased.The entire covering is smooth which is very nice. The top cover comes off to clean - not overly difficult to remove. The entire thing seems waterproof - it says water resistant. The buttons are big enough to feel and easy to press. It IS short so it can be hard to reach if that is a problem for you.It is difficult to see which way the batteries go in. I couldn't tell so I had my boyfriend put them in. I will be very careful when changing them to put the new ones in exactly the same way. This is its major fault.Overall, it is just what I was looking for and it seems to have been worth the price. I tend to break things so If I break it soon you can expect to see an edit to this review.

Doesn't even work after 3 mins - similar to other reviews. Could vibrate another speed faster/stronger. Might not be as strong in the first place bc of the battery issue.

Oh my gosh it just came in and I tried it out and it's absolutely AMAZING!!! I honestly was reluctant to give this much money into a product I had no previous history with, but you really won't regret it. The power in this product is really enough to get you to your limit and finish, even on its second setting. The noise level isn't too bad, I'd say if someone were really trying hard to listen, they would hear it. But other than that, behind closed doors it should be a quiet hum. All the different settings are a big plus too, especially since I only used levels 1-3. I personally find the size perfect, it fits in your hand really well and it's small enough to pack away somewhere. This was my first wand massager, and I'm really glad I made the purchase. Of course I wouldn't know how it is compared to the real Hitachi wand, but the Mystic has really gotten me to love every bit of it. It's great for it's price too! It's perfect!!

Works a treat, replaced my hitachi magic wand, might be a touch stinger but only slightly.
