Been using this multi over a year and I like it a lot. Everything I want is in there, and, nothing I don't. Serving size is 3 tablets daily, so I break it up over the course of the day to keep a steady dose in my system. Quality is pharmaceutical grade which I also like. No upset if I take on an empty stomach. It's all good!

I just opened the bottle and most of the tablets are broken and shredded. They are unusable. I need a refund or a new bottle sent to me with whole pills. Please correct this.

I research the amount of vitamins needed for women daily and this item does have the correct amount or a little more. The issue is you have to take 3 BIG pills . vita gummies have the same amounts to with 2-3 a day. I am going back to the gummies
